2.1. Acknowledgement: All products listed on this Site are sold strictly for in-vitro research use only.

2.2. Prohibited Use: The products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, or any other form of personal use.

2.3. User Warranty: By placing an order, you, the "Buyer," explicitly warrant and represent that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institution; you are fully aware of the handling, storage, and safety protocols for these chemical compounds; and you will use the products in a properly equipped facility, in full compliance with all applicable UK laws and regulations.

2.4. Liability: Forge Core Ltd. accepts zero liability for any damages, harm, or legal action arising from the misuse of these products. Misuse of these products is a material breach of this contract.

2.5. Product Specifications: The buyer acknowledges that all material is 100% synthetic, non-infectious, non-toxic, and non-pathogenic, and is intended strictly for laboratory use only.

3.1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and purchase products.

3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

3.3. Non-Negotiable Information Policy: You acknowledge and agree that we will never provide advice on personal use, dosages, side effects, or reconstitution. Any communication attempting to solicit this information will be refused, and we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately.

4.1. Order Placement: An order placed on our Site is an offer to purchase.

4.2. Order Acceptance: A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of misuse or breach of Section 2.

4.3. Payment: All payments must be made in full before any goods are dispatched.

5.1. Shipping: We will dispatch orders as per our Shipping Policy. As a guideline, orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.

5.2. No Returns: Due to the sensitive and non-resalable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. Once a product has left our controlled facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity and therefore cannot accept it back into inventory.

5.3. Refunds and Exceptions: Refunds or replacements will only be issued on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, under specific conditions (defective/damaged in transit, courier-confirmed missing parcel, or order cancelled before dispatch).

5.4. Returned by Courier: If a parcel is returned due to non-delivery, incorrect address, or refusal, no refund or replacement will be issued until the parcel is physically received by us.

7.1. Disclaimer: This Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Forge Core Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from this Site.

7.3. Maximum Liability: In the event that Forge Core Ltd. is found liable, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

10.1. Independent Status: Individuals participating in the Forge Peptides affiliate programme act as independent entities and are not employees, agents, or partners of the company.

10.2. Strict Adherence to RUO: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from marketing our products for human consumption, medical treatment, or therapeutic use. All promotional material must align with our Research Use Only (RUO) policy.

10.3. Prohibited Claims: Any affiliate found making medical claims (e.g., "dosage," "healing," "weight loss") will have their account terminated immediately and all pending commissions forfeited.

10.4. Indemnification: By generating a referral link or using an affiliate code, you agree to indemnify Forge Peptides against any regulatory action, fines, or legal claims resulting from your specific independent marketing activities.

11.1. The Offer: Forge Core Ltd. offers to reimburse third-party testing costs in the form of Store Credit, subject to the conditions in this section.

11.2. Valid Testing: This offer applies only to blinded, third-party HPLC/MS analysis performed by an accredited laboratory (e.g., Janoshik Analytics). Home testing kits or non-analytical methods are not accepted.

11.3. Remedy: If a valid test confirms the product meets our purity specifications (>98%), the cost of the test will be credited to the customer's account. If a valid test demonstrates the product fails specification, the customer is entitled to a full refund of their order.

11.4. Limitation: This remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the buyer regarding product purity disputes.
