Shipping & Returns Policy

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a working day typically dispatch the same day.
• We rely on courier tracking as proof of dispatch and delivery.
• Shipping fees are displayed at checkout; free shipping may apply when a valid discount includes it.

All products are Research Use Only and non-resalable; therefore all sales are final. We cannot accept returns once a vial leaves our controlled environment.

• Defective or damaged in transit (evidence required).
• Parcel confirmed missing by the courier.
• Order cancelled before dispatch.

Any remedy is at our sole discretion and may include replacement or refund.

If a parcel is returned due to non-delivery, incorrect address, or refusal, no refund or replacement is issued until we physically receive the parcel back.
